Product Introduction:
The bag filter has many advantages, such as reasonable structure, good sealing, strong flow capacity, and easy operation. In particular, the side rate of the filter bag is small, the flow rate is large, and the filter area is large, which can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy. Moreover, the bag can be quickly replaced, reducing operating costs. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the filter are treated by sandblasting or polishing, making them smooth and to clean. The bag filter uses a side-in and side-out filtration method, or it can also use a side-in and bottom-out method. It mainly consists a filter cylinder, a filter cylinder cover and a quick-opening mechanism, a stainless steel reinforced filter, a filter bag, a pressure gauge, and supporting legs

Product principle:
The work adopts pressurized filtration, the fluid filtrate flows into the filter bag from the inlet of the filter, the filter bag is in the reinforced filter basket to prevent the pressure from being too high to rupture the filter bag, the liquid permeates the filter bag with the required fineness grade obtain the qualified desired filtrate, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The filtration is basically free of material loss. The filter bag material be selected according to the different material needs of each manufacturer.

Diesel oil, edible oil, pre-treatment of tap water, discharge, circulating water (Note: It can only separate solids from liquids, not water from oil.)
