l. Working principle of ozone mixed oxidation tower

The ozone mixing tower, also known as the oxidation tower, is a commonly used sterilization in water treatment systems. The sterilization effect is not only related to the types and quantities of bacteria in the water and the content of ozone, but also to contact time between ozone and water and the ozone gas distribution header. In general, the longer the contact time between ozone and water, the more sufficient the mixing, the better the ozone sterilization effect. The smaller the pores of the gas distribution plate, the smaller the ozone is cut into bubbles, the larger the contact area ozone and water, the better the mixing effect, and the better the sterilization effect.

II. Advantages of the Ozone Mixed Oxidation Tower

To ensure thorough mixing of ozone and water, sufficient mixing space and are required. Typically, the mixing time for ozone is between 5 to 10 minutes. Therefore, the space of the ozone mixing tower is designed based the mixing time and flow rate. Once the space of the ozone mixing tower is determined, to facilitate the convective mixing of ozone and water, the water inlet typically located above the ozone inlet. The aeration holes on the titanium plate have a of 5-20um, allowing ozone to be fully fragmented into small bubbles. This enhances the disinfection efficiency of the ozone disinfection equipment
